Can I still order if I don’t have artwork?
Yes! A sales representative will work with you and our graphic designer until we arrive at the exact logo you are looking for.

How many colors can I use in my image?
We can print up to 5 colors on most products. On dark garments however, one of those colors MUST be white in order to get the other colors to appear nice and bright!

Are there any set up fees?
We charge $20 per print color as a set up. This cost is added to the entire order, not each individual garment. Our Online Instant Quote tool includes the set up charges with the individual shirt price.

Do I need to have print ready artwork?
No. If print ready artwork is not available, you can take advantage of our full service graphic design department. In order to best serve you, we will ask that you provide a list of design ideas, or a “blueprint” of what you have in mind to eliminate any extra steps. Additional fees will apply.

How large can my design be?
We are able to print up to 15” wide and 18” tall.

Is there a minimum amount of garments for screen printing?
Our minimum order for screen printed garments is 12, but keep in mind that the price goes down as the quantity goes up!

Can I choose more than one type of garment?
Yes! Our equipment does not know the difference between different types of garments, so we welcome you to choose whatever garments and garment colors that you like. If we have to change the PRINT color based on your selection, additional charges may apply.

Can you print over the zipper of a hoodie?
Yes, however part of the graphic will likely be lost due to the uneven printing surface.

How long will production take?
Once your design proof has been approved, production will take 7-10 business days.

What if I need my order before the standard print time?
We will certainly do our best to accommodate any requests. A rush fee may apply depending on the nature of the order.

Can I embroider the same garments that I have screen printed?
Yes, in some cases we will print a design on the back of a batch of shirts, and then embroider individual names on the front. Any combination of the two is OK with us!

Yes, we will charge a ONE TIME ONLY set up charge of $40 on any new design. Once we have it on file, we will not charge this fee again.

How many different thread colors can I use?
You can use up to 16 thread colors in one design!

Can I have bags embroidered?
Yes. Some products have certain restrictions, but we are willing to be creative and give anything a shot! We may ask to see a sample of the bag to determine whether or not our equipment can accommodate your bag.

What type of apparel can be embroidered?
We can embroider almost any type of apparel. We are happy to assess your garment before taking your order to determine if we can make it work.

How long is the production for embroidery orders?
Our standard production time is 7-10 business days.

Are there any rush fees?
If an order is required faster than our standard production time, rush fees may apply depending on the nature of the order.

What if I don't have the proper artwork file?

Why should I create an Online Store through Team Mantra?

How does it work?
All you need to do is supply and promote the ordering link to your group. They will place their orders online in your customized store, pay with a credit/ debit card, and we will take care of the rest. At the end of the sales event, we will produce and ship the items directly to you.

How do I get started?
we can help you coordinate an online store in 3-easy steps:

    1. We set up the online store: Team Mantra will provide you with a link to your online store that you can send to your team, employees or participants. Individuals will visit the online store to select and purchase their appropriate sizes in the custom apparel that you worked with Team Mantra’s sales representative to select.

 

    1. We customize & organize each order: We order your apparel, screen print and/or embroider the items in house, and then organize each participant, athlete, or employee’s order in an individualized bag with their name on it for ease of distributing.

 

  1. We deliver directly to you! We deliver your group’s neatly organized order to your home, school, or workplace.. wherever is easiest for you.

Shipping

Do you ship outside of the US?
No, we do not currently ship outside of the US.

Will you ship to a hotel I'm staying at?
Absolutely! We frequently ship to hotels for our customers that are participating in trade shows or other out-of-town events.

How long is standard delivery?
Our standard delivery time is 7-10 business days.

What shipping information do you require?
For reliable shipping, we will need your full name, address, city, state and zip code. We will also need to know whether the address is commercial or residential.

How much are shipping charges?
Shipping charges will depend on 2 factors: the weight of your package and the destination of your package. We ship all over the US every single day and receive great rates from both UPS and FedEx. Your location and size of your order will determine the final shipping price.

Will you ship my order without full payment?
No. Full payment is required before any order leaves our warehouse, unless other arrangements have been made.

What if I need an order delivered sooner than the standard time?
We will certainly do our best to accommodate any requests. A rush fee may apply depending on the nature of the order.

What is the smallest size available?

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. The more products that are purchased with alike designs, the lower your cost will be.

Are there extra costs for plus sizes?
Yes. 2XL = $2.00 upcharge,
3XL = $3.00 upcharge,
4XL-6XL = $4.00 upcharge

How can I get a quote for my order?
You can contact us. We are also available by phone from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard time, as well as through our website message box from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Standard time.

How much are shipping charges?
Shipping charges will depend on 2 factors: the weight of your package and the destination of your package. We ship all over the US every single day and receive great rates from both UPS and FedEx. Your location and the size of your order will determine the final shipping price.

What are your set up fees?
We charge $20 per print color as a set-up fee for screen printing. We charge a one-time set up fee of $36 for all new embroidery designs. If other graphic design work needs to be done, additional charges may apply.

Does the cost change depending on the amount of colors I choose?
We charge $20 per print color as a set-up fee for all screen printed orders. The cost of the garments will not change based on print colors for screen printed garments. The cost will not change for embroidered garments.

Artwork Requirement

What format should my artwork be in?
We can accept artwork designs in almost any format (.jpg, .bmp, .png, .pdf, .eps or vector files), however our preferred format would be vector. Additional charges may apply if vector art cannot be provided.

What format should my artwork be in?
We can accept artwork designs in almost any format (.jpg, .bmp, .png, .pdf, etc), however our preferred format would be vector. 300dpi resolution preferred (the higher, the better) ,low resolution art is usually fine for embroidery designs (72dpi) unless the design is very detailed or complex. Additional charges may apply if vector art cannot be provided.

Do I need to have print-ready artwork?

What is the best resolution when printing on garments?
Vector art is preferred when printing on garments, which would be perfect resolution. If vector art is not available, 300 dpi or higher is preferred.

What size should my artwork be when printing on signs and banners?
Your artwork should be created to size at 300 dpi. If designing a billboard or other large sign or banner, it is OK to design at a smaller proportionate size in order to keep the file size down.

What is the difference between Vector artwork and high resolution artwork?
The difference between vector and “raster” graphics is that raster graphics are composed of pixels, while vector graphics are composed of paths. A raster graphic, such as a gif or jpeg, is an array of pixels of various colors, which together form an image. A vector graphic, such as an .eps file or Adobe Illustrator file, is composed of paths, or lines, that are either straight or curved. Because vector graphics are not made of pixels, the images can be scaled to be very large without losing quality. Raster graphics, on the other hand, become "blocky," since each pixel increases in size as the image is made larger. This is why logos and other designs are typically created in vector format - the quality will look the same on a business card as it will on a billboard.

Should I create my own vector artwork?

Do you offer athletic t-shirts?
Yes, we offer a very extensive line of garments, consisting of dozens of name brands and hundreds of styles – including athletic style shirts.

Can I have more than one area of my shirt screen printed?
Yes you can. However, we do charge accordingly based on the number of locations that we have to print.

Can I order more than one color?
Yes, you can use up to 5 spot colors on your screen printed design, or up to 16 colors on your embroidered designs – although typically T-shirts are not embroidered.

Do you customize shirts for sports teams?
Yes we do. We can customize shirts for any team or organization.

Can I customize shirts for my sorority/fraternity?
Yes!

I need over 500 shirts. Is that possible?
Absolutely! The more shirts you buy, the lower your cost will be.

What is your standard production time?
Standard production time is 7-10 days.

Can I customize each shirt with a different name or number?
Yes you can, additional fees will apply.

Can shirts be both screen printed and embroidered?
Yes, there are times when we screen print the back of the shirts and embroider individual names on the front. Any combination of the two is OK with us!

What types of garments do you offer?
We offer garments ranging from simple basic T-shirts to fashion-fit T’s, collared polo shirts, winter jackets, socks, hats – and just about anything in between.

Can you customize sports jerseys and uniforms?

Do you have apparel in stock?
Our apparel is all stocked in our warehouses across the country. Very little apparel is stocked in our local offices or production facility.

What if I need all different sizes?
No problem! Most garments range from youth sized small shirts, to adult sized XXXL! Some items are even available up to 6X!

Can I order blank apparel?
Yes you can either order blank apparel through our website, or you can call 260-273-0421 or contact us

Can I have different types of apparel customized in the same order?
Yes! Our equipment is able to accommodate multiple types of garments at once, so we welcome you to choose whatever garments or colors that you like. If we have to change the PRINT color based on your selection, additional charges may apply.

How are your banners priced?
Banners are priced by the square foot.

Your banner will be printed digitally, so you can include as many colors as you'd like.

What is the largest size offered?
The largest banner that we can currently print is 5’ x 150’

Are they weather resistant?
Yes, our 13 oz. standard banner material is made of the most durable outdoor vinyl available. We use UV resistant inks to help maintain a vibrant print that resists fading over time.
